The car is very rare, it’s a Commander, NOT a Champion. The Commander is luxury brand of Studebaker, it’s longer, bigger and total different chassis and details than Champion.
The car is imported from US, all taxes are paid in EU. The car hasn’t been restored, not a “frame-off” restoration. Engine, automatic transmission and chassis are original.
