Dodge Viper RT/ 10 presented in superb original condition with just 21, 900 km (13, 600 miles) from new.
An original left-hand drive car, it stands apart from numerous other Vipers as it was delivered new to the UK, rather than being a later import. It was first registered in October 1994, having been supplied via the Chrysler main dealer, Speeds of Derby who owned it as a show piece for many years sitting pride of place in their showroom.
The instantly recognisable 1994 Dodge Viper RT/ 10 is an iconic American sports car and gathers huge crowds at any car show even when sitting alongside much more expensive metal and is often regarded as the car with the best potential to increase in value by many experts making this a true investment opportunity.
The condition of this bodywork is close to perfect and the "Adrenaline Red" paintwork is original and matches across all panels with the later addition of the imposing silver "Viper" stripes carried out to a very high standard. The interior shows very little signs of wear with all leather and plastics in fantastic condition.
The original alloy 3 wheels were fitted with a fresh set of Michelin Pilot Sport tyres in 2020, at a cost of £2, 200. They are size 275/ 40 ZR17 at the front and 335/ 35 ZR17 at the rear, and are in virtually as-new condition. Also present is a supplied hardtop and removable glass windows.
Accompanying the car is the original book pack, including the owners manual, stamped warranty and maintenance record and a raft of old invoices, magazine articles and photos of the car when new.
The Vipers last scheduled maintenance was carried out a few hundred miles prior, at a local Chrysler main dealer, which comprised a standard oil and filter service, as well as a visual health check. There are just five previous registered keepers on the V5C log book. This viper has to be the best available as it is in immaculate condition throughout, with very little use. Stored in a climate controlled environment and maintained impeccably. This model is a rare opportunity to acquire the sought after, original Viper, the generation 1 GTS.
This vehicle is reluctantly being sold, as the current owner is making way for his expanding collection.
