Anyone familiar with the Mercedes 190 (W201) model range will know what a well built, solid and reliable car they are. The down side of this is that many were neglected and run into the ground with little or no maintenance. Most of the diesel models were exported in the early 2000's when values were at rock bottom. This car is the exception and has clearly been cherished for its whole life. There is a modern alarm system which gives the car remote central locking as well as added theft protection. The Blaupunkt radio cassette functions as it should. The 15 hole alloy wheels are shod in 4 matching Goodyear Tyres fitted within the last 18 months.
Recent work includes a full service with air, oil, fuel and transmission filters along with the relevant fluid change as well as brake fluid. Rear suspension bushes, front wishbones, front prop joint, rear springs, front brake discs and pads and 4 wheel alignment.
