This is a lovely very original example of a Kawasaki Z1A from 1974. The bike came to the UK in 1992 from the USA and has had 4 owners since. The bike is matching numbers for a Z1A with engine and frame number only 45 apart. The bike comes with original TAGASAKO wheels , and an original kawasaki exhaust. The bike has not been on the road since 2018, so we have just given it a £2, 700 recommission, including new front calipers (twin disk), a new Reg/ rectifier, new airbox and new chain. It comes with a verification letters from the Z1 Owners club, and lots of receipts.
The bike was showing just 16, 000 miles and has MOTs back to 2008 to back that up. However it came to us with a Z1B speedo so we have swapped to a correct Z1A and reset the mileage These Z1A's are beautiful bikes and very nice to ride. This bike has just the right amount of patina, whilst still looking lovely. It starts on the button and runs and rides very well. A beautiful bike and a very sound investment.
The bike comes fully serviced, with a new MOT (not needed as Historic) and six months warranty.
