What a stunning vehicle. I have to say that I think this is the most beautiful color on a lowlight Karmann Ghia. Dazzlingly beautiful, especially in the sunlight. Then it just sparkles. This is an original unrestored lowlight Karmann Ghia from 1959. The lowlight ghia is the first model that Karmann built. They are slightly different from the models that followed. The headlights are slightly lower (hence lowlight), the grilles are smaller, the taillights are smaller and there are many more differences to mention. Meanwhile, they have become pretty rare. This lowlight was once repainted in its original color. The interior is also completely original, only the covers of the front seats have been replaced or pulled over the original upholstery. Runs well, drives well. Not a perfect car, of course traces of its age, but nevertheless a beautiful car. Just as elegant as a 356, but a bit cheaper and perhaps rarer. Also equipped with nice extras such as the old photo camera and vintage boxing glove.
This Karmann Ghia lowlight has a Dutch registration and is awaiting its new owner.
