We are proud to offer for sale a truly incredible piece of British Automotive Engineering and History.
As part of a decreasing private collection 'LX4502' offers its next owner the chance to acquire an incredibly rare and well maintained 'Prince Henry' with a history file dating back to 1919. Its current owner purchased the car in 2001 at which point it was entrusted to Nigel Parrott of NP Veteran Engineering to restore and return to its former glory. An entire Engine rebuild and repaint later the car sits as it does today with its outstanding Aluminium skinned body, 'wire wheels', 'German Silver' Radiator and Zenith Carburettor. The car was last run in April 2023 at which point it had a full service, valve lap and general health check. This 'Prince Henry' offers endless touring possibilities both in the UK and on the Continent with the push of a button and is ready to be enjoyed by its next guardian. 'LX4502' is also recorded in 'David Marsh's Register' as the oldest surviving 4-Litre motorcar of original specification. No more than 3 'Prince Henry's' have been sold on the open market in the last 20 years, meaning this example is a truly special and unique acquisition. Viewing is strongly recommended as a car of this calibre needs to be seen and heard to be appreciated. The car will leave with numerous invoices for works carried out, Dating Certificate, V5C Logbook and a huge history file. £250, 000 GBP
