I am delighted to offer for sale this fantastic 2001 51 reg MG ZT 190 +. Finished in Trophy blue metallic with grey leather/ alcantara trim, this ZT is a superb example of the marque. This 190 + model sat at the top of the ZT saloon range when launched and boasts 18 inch Hairpin alloys, rear spoiler, electric front and rear windows and CD player.
The paintwork has a deep shine and looks great, with only minimal marks.
Mileage is 65k miles which is backed up by the MOT history and substantial file of paperwork that comes with the MG. Only 2 owners from new.
It drives superbly. The handling is well balanced and the 2. 5 V6 24 valve engine is creamy smooth. It corners with accuracy and precision.
Lots of money has been spent over the last few years to keep this ZT in tip top condition. In 2022 alone, the belts were done (invoice in the file) which also included a new water pump and oil change and filter.
The brakes were overhauled with new pads and discs all round. The car also has colour coded brake calipers all round which is a nice touch.
A new air conditioning pump and conditioner was fitted earlier this year and regassed.
The alloys are unmarked and the tyres all have lots of tread. The roof lining has no sagging (which is a common problem with ZTs of this era).
Inside the car is immaculate. MG car mats are fitted and the drivers seat only has nominal signs of wear. The rear seats look brand new.
The underside is super clean. The entire underbody was brushed down last year and Shultz rust protection applied.
MOT through to May 2024.

My personal view is that I think you would struggle to find a better example of a Series 1 MG ZT for sale today.
