Reluctantly, "Veronica" is looking for a new home. She is a very rare 2004 Jaguar X350 Super V8 with the SHORT wheel base (only 180 SWB Super V8s were built, of which 115 are still with us). This means you get the stunningly beautiful pale leather interior and gorgeous walnut appointments with the comfort, (rather than adaptive sports suspension of the XJRs), combined with the effortlessly powerful 4. 2 supercharged engine, and lightweight aluminium body shell. Yes, that's right, a stunningly powerful, properly luxurious, traditional shaped Jaguar that won't rust! Being a Super V8 there are more bells and whistles than you know what to do with, including electrically adjustable heated front AND rear seats, rear window and rear screen sun blinds, built in phone, sat nav, TVs, cruise control, folding mirrors, proximity doo-dah, etc., etc.
Veronica has covered 108k miles and sailed through her MoT with no advisories, so good until 25th May 2024, and she's even ULEZ exempt.
She has been thoroughly serviced by an well known independent Jaguar specialist, including all the complex suspension parts, height sensors, handbrake, and battery have been renewed. She has a new set of excellent Michelin Cross Climate tyres. Her paintwork gleams, and is in extremely good condition.
So why am I selling her having just spent a fair amount getting her up to tip top condition? Beattie, my Mum's beloved MGBGT that we had owned for 25 years came up for sale, so of course she required 'rescuing', and would rather like a respray.
