Description

With regret I am selling my 1959/ 61 Triton.
1959 Dommie wide line frame (uncut)
1961 T120 Bonneville motor, close (high) ratio box.
Built in 1965 by D. R. Southwell, with provenance all casings stamped with Southwell's name and dates etc.
Believed built as a club racer then subsequently road registered.
Completely rebuilt 12 years or so ago. Akront rims, Dresda Tacho, Belt drive primary, electronic ignition, all the right bits, Sporty cam, Twin Amals, fully rebuilt tuned motor (still on perfect standard bores) Starts first time, runs and rides really well. Very quick.
Lovely tidy bike which I'm very fond of but I now have trouble kicking it up and riding due to permanently bad knee.
In 1971 when it was put back on the road, it was registered as a Triton.
V5 in my name, Historic class (No MOT, free tax), some history, a few old photos etc included.
