3 former owners, the last owner owned it for over 20 years. In his and my ownership it has always been dry stored on a trickle charger under a cover. 2 keys, MOT until April 2024.
The only thing I have had to do to the car was install new tyres all round (September 2021) and replace the clutch slave cylinder this summer. The tape over the right headlight was to pass the MOT, this was done in April and I have not bothered to adjust the headlight aim as I have not driven it in the dark and it did not bother me that much. The rear seats have been swapped from a BMW E30 M3 - this was done by the previous owner as the 318iS was compared to as the baby M3. The last owner also purchased and fitted the car with 15" BBS Alloys to enhance to sporty look instead of the standard 14" (exact same style). The car is equipped with the M-Tech 2 bodykit which consists of the front and rear bumpers, left and right side skirts and a 6 piece side/ door panels set (this was done over 20 years ago, possibly factory fitted but I'm not sure how to verify that). Comes with full toolkit, spare wheel, first aid kit, safety triage, jack and wheel wrench.
I have owned the car since September 2021, now selling it as I don't use the car enough (I don't drive it after October or before April to reduce damage from harsh weather) and due to needing the money, no other reason. Currently not insured and SORN as it is coming in to winter.

The previous owner showed the car at classic car events, it won first in class multiple times. It has only been driven in the rain less than a handful of times in my ownership.
The car is in immaculate condition, there is no rust on the car anywhere, the underneath is untouched.
This is a collector/ enthusiasts car, not to be modified as it is the best example I have seen of such a niche model. It has been driven carefully the whole time I have owned it.
The car has just been polished and ceramic coated by a high quality detailing company.
