The Mercedes-Benz 500SEC, later the S500 / CL500 Coupe, was a variant of the C140 S-Class Coupe that was introduced for the 1993 model year. This series of luxury coupes were powered by Mercedes' M119 E50 engine, which was a 5. 0L V8 that generated 320hp.
