The bike has has just about everything done to it to make this replica stand out.
The engine is actually a 80cc CR unit which has been cleverly put into the RS frame.
The bike has had a total makeover which includes the following:
Full Vapour Blast engine, frame, and numerous other parts
The engine has had a full rebuild including crank, piston, seals, including carburettor overhaul carried out by RHR Engineering
Rear shock has been rebuilt FTR Suspension
Front forks have been re-chromed, powder coated legs and new seals
The wheels have been shot blast and powder coated, plus new slick tyres fitted.
The brakes have been completely overhauled
A new radiator and hoses have been fitted, plus anew exhaust and end can.
Full base coat paint job by ACE Finishers
Full decal set supplied and fitted by my good friends at Sublime Design
If i've missed anything then it's probably already been done, but if unsure please ask.
At present the bike is completely dry and could be sold in that condition if someone wants it as a showpiece, however is it is wanted to parade (or god forbid after all my hard work) Race,,,,,, then it would be set up running and Dyno'd prior to collection.
