A true collector grade example of an S204, a truly special car.
History:
The S204 had many upgrades, including a Twin Scroll Ball Bearing Turbo, Equal Length Exhaust Headers (which helps to give a much nicer sound), STI intercooler, Sports ECU, titanium exhaust, plus more to help give 315bhp.
The Handling was also improved, with lower suspension, dampers jointly designed with Yamaha, thicker Anti Roll Bars.
Also many exterior features specific to the S204 model only, along with many other upgrades over the standard models ? we are only just touching the surface here, the S series Subaru?s are very special.
This S204 also has comprehensive Japanese history which is almost unheard of.

Body & Paintwork:
Finished in Crystal Grey Metallic, the S204 is a striking car in every sense.
This colour really shows off the S204 in its best light in our humble opinion.
All paintwork appears to be original (we check with paint depth gauges) & the car has just been fully detailed so presents beautifully.
All badges are originals & are free of fading (a common issue with Japanese imports).
A beautiful example, still sporting correct wheels & correct undamaged carbon front splitter.
All lights are in fantastic condition, as is all glass.
This car really wants to be seen to be appreciated.
Interior & Trim:
The first thing you notice when getting in to this car, is the utterly fantastic seats as fitted from factory.
These carbon fibre seats hug you really nice & tightly.
The carbon fibre backs are of course unmarked.
All interior trimmings are in great order.
Original floor mats are still fitted & are in fantastic condition, as are the door cards, carpets & headlining.
Having driven many Subaru?s, these really do feel special!
Engine:
The S204 engine feels an absolute joy to experience.
315bhp in a lightweight, superbly well balanced chassis with a beautiful manual gearbox just feels great!
Considering a large portion of today?s ?hot hatches? are similar power, Subaru were way ahead of the game when putting together the S204, which is a real drivers car.
Obviously the car starts & runs beautifully, no smoke when cold on start up & no smoke either on boost or on over run.
The car revs freely through the rev range with no hesitations.
As can be seen, the engine bay itself presents beautifully, with zero modifications, it is exactly as Subaru intended.
Running Gear:
We have had this car on one of our ramps for a service & full check over of course.
Being a fresh Japanese import, the underside is in superb condition with no corrosion present at all.
All components are still showing the original coatings & finishes, with all the bright pink anti roll bars, suspension legs & arms still in great condition.
The car drives absolutely brilliantly, having driven a lot of Subaru?s, this really stands out in the way it drives.
Not only in how tight it is generally, but the S204 differences really make it a very fun car!
Gearbox is an absolute joy, with gorgeous gear changes both up & down the gearbox.
