This is a rare 1975 Peugeot 304 'S' Cabriolet. An original right hand drive British spec car first registered 8th January 1975. The car is now 48 years old and is both road tax and MOT exempt. The 304 cabriolets were only built between 1970 and 1975 and only 835 right hand drive cars were built. The last version was the 'S' model that had the more powerful 75bhp 1288cc engine. The colour is metallic Gold with a Black and brown interior. The paintwork is very good and the interior is in great condition. The folding soft top hood is in excellent condition and goes up and down with ease. The chrome work is good and both the engine bay and boot areas are in excellent order. The car comes with 2 sets of keys, a owners manual and a history file of old invoices, MOT's etc. The file shows that in the last 5000 miles it has had new wheel bearings, starter motor, overhauled engine and gearbox, cylinder head, timing chain, water pump, piston rings exhaust, steering rack, ball joint and more. So the car has been well cared for. It has just had a service with new plugs, filters and oil and is ready to go. A rare car on British roads and a sure fire crowd pleaser at the shows.
