I'm selling my KITT replica as I'm moving abroad and not sure if I want the stress of taking cars with me.
A quick rundown of the car:
- Its a 92 Firebird Formula WS6 5. 7 V8 (actually only one of a handful made that year. rare in its own right)
-Previously owned by a GM exec, spent most of its life dealer maintained with big folder of service history
- California car all its life entirely rust free
- Had a bare metal respray in 2015
- Had a new engine in 2013 with performance cam, lifters, spring, melling oil pump.. etc (all receipts included)
- When I imported the car a year ago I replaced the steering box (with a top range one), replaced all suspension components including shocks, tie rods, boots…etc (basically everything)
- Brand new tyres all round
- Brakes are more or less new
- Brand new turbo cast wheels from KRW
- Brand new bowling ball hubcaps (painted)
- Bonnet bulge is oem (not a fibreglass rep)
- Rear spoiler is oem (again not frp rep)
- Fender ducts are oem
- I have oem rear ground effects - not fitted yet tho
- It has brand new KRW screen accurate tow bar fitted
- Retrofitted with 82 tail lights and KRW blackout plexi
- Retrofitted 82 interior including: all plastics, door cards, center console, seats
- Seats are genunie PMD and in great shape
- Brand new carpets installed
- Brand new KRW LED scanner
- Brand new ZA Dashboard & switchpod assembled and painted by KRW
- Brand new gullwing steering wheel with quick release all from KRW
- Brand new KRW Radio
- Brand new KRW fully assembled center console
- Brand new KRW fully assembled and painted overhead console
- Brand new KITT floor mats
- Programmable LED underglow
- Polk weatherproof speaker and Pioneer amplifier for pumping Knight Rider music out of the car at shows
Everything has been installed professionally with no hack jobs or shitty wiring.
All electronics powered by separate 200ah LifePO4 battery (cost almost £1k) with Bluetooth connectivity, so you can run the cars electronics (dash, consoles, music, lights.. etc) all day.. for several days.. at a show and still jump in and drive the car away at the end.
Looking for around £40k, but open to negotiations.
I can provide walk-around videos and underside pics to anyone interested.
