One of just over 2000 manufactured very rare HD Aermacchi Brezza 150 Scooters.
This 1965 model has undergone a fabulous restoration and as such is almost ready to ride, show, or just treasure. It is an incredible investment.
Everything has been restored to a very high standard. Engine re built and up and running. Frame and wheels have all been powder coated to a very high standard.
Just a few bits to put back on and she's ready to rock. Full picture history of the resto.
A second one is included as an unfinished project, 1963 model. Complete but requiring restoring, shown in the last few pictures.
These exceptionally rare scooters are an absolute incredible investment, they were Harley Davidsons venture into the scooter market against Vespa and Lambretta, made in Italy they were unveiled by Aemacchi HD and presented as the 150cc 2 stroke scooter named Brezza on the Motosalone della Fiera Campionaria di Milano. It was a daring venture on a market where vespa and Lambretta were the experts in the field. The Brezza never became a real hit . Only 2, 169 models were manufactured between 1963 and 1969.
The scooter had conventional 3-speed shift on the handlebars and the two stroke engine was fed by a Dell'Orto SH carb. 6 volt electrics via a magneto and 12" tyres fitted.
I am open to realistic offers bearing in mind a second scooter unrestored model 150 Brezza. This would make an excellent stable mate for the 'Numero Uno' restored partner once restored to the same standard.
One of these scooters sold recently in the states for $22K,
