GTA-R car needing engine & gearbox (can supply for rebuild). Built from a Classic Alfa bodyshell about 10 years ago by a Portuguese customer living in the UK. He returned to live in Portugal before Brexit and tired of it being RHD. I bought it and imported it back into the UK and I'm using the Formula GT engine / gearbox in another car that I am building.
The car has aluminium door skins, aluminium bootlid, composite bonnet and relocated fuel filler along with GTA style door buttons and front grilles etc.
It also has -
Modern (rear reflector) lightweight headlamp conversion
Classic Alfa aluminium fuel tank
Classic Alfa big brake conversion
Classic Alfa fast road suspension
Lightweight trailing arms and front spring pans
Koni Sport shock absorbers
GTA style 15" wheels (or can supply with 14" if preferred)
All new suspension bushes when restored
Restomod interior using 916 Alfa seats and dashboard re-trimmed in leather
Full roll cage (currently rear section only fitted for road use)
What is needed to get it running again -
2000 engine & gearbox for rebuild included in the price.
Front wiring loom - the car previously ran an ECU and fuel injection so it had a custom loom which was removed with the engine.
Fuel tank and fuel lines need refitting.
Could also be converted to a race car.
