Very rare Tahiti Mini, only 400 were made (only 60 currently on the road), all in the ever popular Tahiti blue with Minilite wheels including the spare wheel and Tahiti graphics. Very subtle and classy looking Mini. This fantastic example has only covered 20, 000 miles in 30 years and is backed up by MOTs and accompanied with a large history folder and offers its new owner an opportunity to own and drive a Mini as it felt when it was new!
This model is one of the last fitted with a carburettor before the later injection models. Wonderful near silent 1275cc engine and bags of performance. It also benefits from servo operated disc brakes and rear seatbelts.
As you can imagine the interior is very close to how it would have looked when it was new including the original Rover cassette player, and sound proofing under the carpets.
Solid shell with its original floors, sills and boot floor. Gleaming paintwork with only minor age related blemishes that do not detract from this Tahiti’s fantastic appearance. The Tahiti style upholstery is in near perfect condition. The vehicle is accompanied by the owner’s information portfolio, Rover service record, Rover’s in-car entertainment booklet and Mini owner’s handbook. There are two keys.
This Mini will only appreciate with age and is admired by everyone.
