This P53 Commander has a water cooled version of the Rotary Wankel engine. This particular example has had 3 previous owners and is No. 118 of only 250 made.
Purchased in June 2012 from a fellow member of the Norton Owners Club, with a mileage of 28, 500. I had it resprayed back to it's original Dorchester Grey, to a very high standard, in 2013 and is in excellent condition.
The engine has been molybdenum coated and confirmed by the Rotary expert of the Norton Owners Club.
It has 2 new gel batteries and both tyres are in good condition; the brake calipers have been serviced and new pads fitted; a waterproof Zumo sat nav is available; the bike is fitted with an alarm.
It is MoT'd until August 2024
I love riding this bike; the engine is virtually vibration free, smooth and flexible; the handling on twisty roads is remarkable for such a heavy machine and it can easily keep up with traffic on motorways.
It is an ideal tourer with excellent weather protection and storage capacity, and it will cruise at speed effortlessly all day.
In addition to this, the bike has been very reliable and never let me down in the 14 years that I have owned it
