Vintage 'low boy' 1935 NORTON 350cc OHV single, concours condition, UK logbook & full history (4 owners since 1935). Matching numbers of engine 3891, frame 57665, forks 6466 and gearbox 3183. You are looking at a superb pre-war specimen of the Norton Model 50 type single. Dispatched to Horsman Motorcycles, Liverpool UK on 14 July 1935. The bike has a 1935 UK registration and comes with all the original papers. The tax disk holds a facsimile print of the 1935 tax badge with the mark and bike number. The 1935 Model 50 would make a wonderful addition to any collection and a great rally bike. Since restoration the M50 Norton has been stored in a dry atmosphere and only done 100 miles.
The Norton is a real treat to ride. Anyone who restores a bike well knows how difficult and time consuming it is to get it immaculate. I would see no problem with it if you wanted to ride it regularly in a rally. The bike comes with a good, clean, clear title. As the Norton is 89 years old the bike is sold as-is where-is, with no EU warranty expressed or implied.
Mechanically the 1935 Norton is perfect, and it runs fine. The bike has never been abused, crashed, dented, bent, or involved in any accident. I am very happy with this motorcycle, and I am sure you will be too. The Norton will cruise at 50 mph while returning around 70 mpg.
