Description
The Autobianchi A112 was introduced in 1969 to feature a Marcello Gandini designed body that was based on Fiat’s 128 platform powered by Fiat 500 technology. Its 4th series was unveiled in 1977 and featured a taller greenhouse offering more passenger comfort. Its Elite version benefited from an enlarged to 965cc capacity engine and a mid-production 5 speed gearbox.
The A112 offered was produced in 1978 in Elite and 5speed gearbox specifications. In 2023 this rust free A112 benefited from a total respray in the original Rosso 103, an reuphostering in black leather and an engine out rebuilt with Abarth-specified upgrades for a higher power output.
