For Sale – Range Rover P38 DHSE – 12 Months MOT

Here we have a good honest example of a 2001 Range Rover. The car was bought mid way through last year as a part project over the winter. Extensive work has been carried out on the suspension to make this a well handling & reliable work horse. The Engine pulls strong with no hesitation or smoke and sounds brilliant through the stainless steel sports exhaust. The interior is in good condition with no rips or tears in the black leather seats.

Work Includes the following that has been done by myself as a Mechanical Engineer. Parts used were of OEM Quality, Genuine or better.

Full Spring Conversion Kit – Terrifirma HD 1 inch lift
Front ARB Bushes and drop links
Track Rod & Drag Link
Steering Damper (Bilstein)
Top & Bottom Ball Joints
Bump Stops Replaced

Once the above work was completed it was then taken for a 4 wheel alignment to ensure the Range Rover drives straight and true. Other items replaced are as follows.

All Tyres Replaced – Maxxis 771 A/ T with less that 3k miles (Spare is brand new KUHMO)
Bull Bar coated in bedliner paint.
Rear Brake pads replaced
Key refurbished
Wiper Blades Replaced

Before my ownership the car was serviced regularly included the gearbox, there are invoices to prove this.

Overall the Range Rover is ready for its next adventure, it is a capable and trustworthy car that will not disappoint. However this is by no means a concourse vehicle, the car would benefit with some cosmetic attention (Please see bonnet lacquer peel as shown). It also has some age related marks but this is reflected in the price.

At the time of writing this there is an ABS light on the dash, this is due to the front sensors being damaged. This work is booked in to be completed and the parts have already been purchased.
Viewings are welcome and can be arranged. The price is fair considering the time, money and effort spent in the last 12 month. Bank Transfers Only as form of payment with proof of ID.

** PLEASE NOTE - I have revised the price of this to reflect a diesel leak that has developed at the rear of the injector pump. The Range Rover still starts and stops as should but buyer needs to be aware. I do not have the time/ resource to repair however I will say that it can still be used as normal. This is the only fault I can see with this otherwise good example considering the rest of the work that has been done **
