2002 Porsche 911 996 Carrera 2

For sale is my beautiful 2002 Porsche 911 (996) Carrera 2 Tiptronic S Cabrio, an outstanding low mileage example of this desirable model in the very rare Polar Silver exterior colour with Metropole Blue interior and hood.
Being my first Porsche I looked long and hard to find an exceptional example with provenance to support its condition, and eventually found and purchased this car two years ago from an elderly member of the Porsche Club of Great Britain.
It has been very well looked after throughout its lifetime with a full service history including an engine rebuild by Hartech at circa. 40, 000 miles which included the upgraded IMS. The RMS has also been done previously.
In addition to the many optional extras fitted from new, the vehicle also comes with:

The previous owner had a very expensive ceramic coating applied to the paintwork (including the hard top) which keeps it in gleaming condition and makes it so easy to clean. Like him, I’ve only used it on dry days and it’s always been garaged. The hood is in excellent condition with very minor marking considering its age (I’m being picky really), and the folding mechanism works faultlessly.

If you check the MOT history online you’ll see how well it’s fared, having passed every MOT since 2011 without any advisories.
It’s only up for sale now as we have purchased a campervan and funds are required imminently, hence the asking price of £18, 200 or very near offer, for a quick sale.
