The vehicle (named Frank) is in superb condition
A left hand drive with a 2-litre reconditioned engine from a T25, it has recently undergone a full service and has an MOT until April 2025.
With five seats it can berth four people comfortably including two on the 'rock and roll' bed and two in the pop up. It has matching red leather seating and upholstery throughout with curtains all round and carpets protecting an attractive tiled floor beneath.
It has an electric hook up and leisure battery and internally features a compressor fridge, sink unit with water pump, a two ring gas hob, two UK 240v sockets and a double USB port.
Happy to include an unused awning in the sale price.
Frank is a classic 1973 T2 imported from California in 2011.
It was purchased by the current owner in 2017 having been restored by the firm Morecambe and Wize in Morecambe, Lancashire. Further significant restoration work costing thousands of pounds was carried out by the firm RBW Classic Cars in Skelton, Cleveland in 2017 for which full details are available along with the service history since 2017. The work carried out included a full respray and underseal.
The vehicle has lived in a comfortable, dry garage for the past seven years but this guy needs to be on the road and enjoyed by a family at home or ideally abroad more often than has been the case in recent years.
Available for viewing, inspection and road test by appointment.
