An authentic Morris Tourer (not a conversion) – MAT prefix on V5 – first registered in 1966. Extensively rebuilt in 2011 to A1 (Top Class condition) and kept in garage with minimal use since (only 1200 miles on odometer since rebuild). Full documentation to support.
This Snowberry White convertible has a complementary smart Red Hood which raises and lowers very easily. . The paintwork and chromework are in lovely condition. The cabin is in very good condition with red leather seats and front and rear seatbelts. Underneath there is no evidence of rust or rot.
The Tourer drives very well, with good acceleration, going through the gears with ease, and benefits from servo-assisted brakes.
We purchased ‘Dolores’ in 2018, and have enjoyed pootling through the country lanes in summer in Norfolk over the past 6 years. She’s also been the star of the show as the Bridal Car for family weddings. We’ve now moved to Cornwall and work demands mean that we’ve not had the opportunity to enjoy her as much as we would like. ‘Dolores’ is ready for her next adventure!
