Description

It is not very often that a genuine “Barn Find” motorcycle comes to the market. This delightfully 350cc Model C WW2 Royal Enfield has been untouched for many years and the last tax disc that was in the holder was for 1967. It has been comprehensively serviced by us and now starts and runs easily and is a delight to ride. As a genuine barn find we have deliberately decided to leave it with its current patina, preferring to leave the decision of what to do to the next custodian. The bike comes with a V5C, registration XMC 938A.

Royal Enfield Motorcycles produced over 17, 000 Model C motorcycles for the War Office during WW2 before production ceased in early 1942. Following the end of the war in Europe in May 1945, the WD/ C Royal Enfield’s were among the first types of motorcycles to be sold off or sold back to the factory. Having been rebuilt from stocks of both new and reconditioned parts, these post-war “new” bikes were sold to a transport hungry public. We believe that these motorcycle is one of these bikes.

We welcome visitors so do contact us if you would like to come and inspect the bike before making your decision. If you have any questions please ask and we will do our very best to answer them. We are happy to ship to most countries at the cost of the purchaser and are happy to provide a quotation.
