Subject to an older restoration, this Dragonfly appears to be in nice order, with the restoration starting to show some signs of age. It appears that the Douglas was registered overseas in it's early life and was bought into the UK in around 1967. The Dragonfly was introduced to improve on the riders comfort, unfortunately sales never really took off due to it being bigger and heavier than its predecessors as well as being very expensive and with the final production being somewhere around 1, 500 it is thought that only few Dragonfly's survive, and with FSJ 178 apparently having good compression at the time of cataloguing, this presents a unique opportunity for acquisition
