Description
- Original VAL3 bottle chassis - Twin overhead camshaft engine, rebuilt with new block, connecting rods, crowned pistons, cross shaft gears and valve gear. Fully balanced with lightened flywheel. All new parts made by Paul Smith Engineering. - New clutch including splines and bearings. - 4 speed gearbox. - Steel rear axle with differential. - AL7 front axle with 250mm front brakes, new pivots fitted. - Radiator rebuilt. - All 5 wheels rebuilt by Nick Mouat and fitted with Blockley tyres. - Brakes regarnished and new cables throughout. - 12V electrics with electronic regulation. - 2 seater offset body built in France in the 1990's. The body is wide enough to accommodate a large car. The body is wide enough to store the spare wheel behind the seats and makes it comfortable for driver and passenger with reasonable space for tools, spares and even 2 weeks luggage!
