1969 Karmann Ghia Coupe
A really cool rat-look Ghia with a very solid shell with fresh floor pans, fully re-built 1600 and lots of new parts fitted. It was imported from California in 2020 and restored by OG Buswerks, please see a breakdown of works carried out. It has had two keepers since it came to the UK. Just had a service and checkover with new plugs & leads, flame thrower coil, and the brakes were adjusted. It’s on the button and drives really well, the ride height is adjustable front and rear.
All of the following parts new items fitted in 2020:
New calipers, brake lines and master cylinder with reservoir
Petrol tank & sender unit, battery.
Re-built engine, fresh carburettor, alternator, oil filter unit, engine breather kit, electric dizzy
Front 3 inch Empi dropped spindles and adjustable front beam
Ball joints and shocks, adjustable drop plates on the rear
New tyres all round and all window rubbers replaced
A Sliding ragtop was fitted
Mid-top aluminum bomber seats with distressed vinyl diamond stitched seat cushions & door cards, re-trimmed armrests.
Fresh carpet set and headlining, Sony head unit and speakers.
Short shifter, Moonfoot gas pedal, Grant 3 spoke steering wheel.
