1998 TVR Chimaera 450 PAS - 43, 000 miles - Eclipse Blue - BRAND NEW OUTRIGGERS (Now fitted and photos shown on advert)

Please Note: This car is a CAT D Total Loss - Light front wing damage in 2005. - It makes the car much cheaper, but there are no visible signs of the damage, and it was repaired to a very nice standard by a body shop in Poole.
(The car was just TOO nice to send out into the trade, and the service history and overall condition of the car made it too good to not have a crack at. So we've pulled the pin and new shiny outriggers have fitted and the car, plus the other prep mentioned below. To give you an idea on prices; we've just sold a Starmist Blue Chim with 31k on for £19, 999, and this car looks and drives just as nicely.
It's the sought-after 450 model, with PAS, and a bargain price due to the historic insurance claim.
This car comes in with a great spec and colour combo, and all the important jobs done.
A new set of bespoke, made-from-scratch, back-to-chassis outriggers, that are zinc primed and powder coated have been fitted as of 16/ 01/ 25.
We have also replaced the fuel hoses, fitted new engine mounts, new suspension arm bushes, new rear main oil seal, and gearbox seals, plus manifolds gaskets, and various other bits and bobs.. along with an oil and filter service.
The car has also had a recent camshaft at TVRSSW.
The paintwork is in really good order, with just one or two age-related marks. Alloys are also in good, original condition, with just the odd small mark. The hood follows a similar pattern, not new, but in good shape. The interior is very good, the navy carpets have been replaced, and the leather has worn well, with just the usual small amount of wear to the drivers bolster. The dash has been replaced with the popular aluminium one, which suits this colour combination.
The car comes with a cracking history file, the car's early life is absent, but from 2003, the history is extensive, and highlights are as follows:

It's not being sold as a perfect car, but like I say, too good to trade and at this price an attractive price point to get into a 450 Chim. If you're looking at this from outside of the UK then it's even more appealing, as the CAT D marker stays in the UK.
