Selling on behalf of a friend this matching numbers early Sprint has been in the hands of just 2 owners since 1992. Built on 31st January 1958 and shipped to New York the car was imported into the UK in 1990 whereupon a comprehensive restoration was carried out including a bare meral repaint. The mechanical spec is factory standard with no engine mods and correct tunnel case gearbox. In 2013 renowned Giulietta restorer Chris Robinson of RMR rebuilt the cylinder head followed by a bottom end rebuild in 2018. An RMR handling kit has also been fitted enhancing the driving experience. The car was purchased by my friend in 2011 from the previous owner who had only covered 1462 miles in his 19 year ownership evidenced by the MOT history. Since purchase he has covered an additional 20, 000 miles with regular dry weather use in the UK and France. The car has been properly maintained with very recent expenditure including gearbox overhaul, new clutch and water pymp, brakes relined, fuel lines replaced, radiator and dynamo renovated. Now offered for sale with maintenance history and all MOT's since arriving in the UK. Despite being an older restoration this beautiful Sprint still presents in outstanding condition. Very sensibly priced in today's market.
