Offered for sale on behalf of the owner is a stunning, restored Volkswagen Beetle from 1972.
Finished in two-tone teal and cream, this lovely beetle underwent a full nut and bolt, no-expense spared restoration ten years ago and has occasionally been used as a show-car since. Underwent full interior re-trim (including roof lining), upgrade to stainless steel alloy wheels, new clutch, engine rebuild, gearbox reconditioning, manual adjustment height suspension, professional re-spray including new panel-work and flooring, Bluetooth retro radio and booster speakers and sub-woofer in the back, stainless steel 2-to-1 tailpipe and new carpet kit, plus lots more.
Fitted with a 1600c beetle engine, together with a 4-speed, 1300 gearbox giving it more acceleration from standing start. Starts, drives and stops very well and not missed a beat since the re-build.
Lots of paperwork, purchase receipts and photographs to be included with the sale.
Overall, a fantastic show-car and real head-turner which is ready for the show-season ahead!
