This was initially the Porsche GB demo car sporting the numberplate 94 FOR.
148k miles, full history in huge binder (mostly with 944 Turbo specialists JMG in my ownership), always garaged. Advisory free MOT in the last couple of weeks. Owned since 2008, 118k miles when i bought. Bodywork is good but its no garage queen. Has had paint and new sills over the years. Has not been undersealed so nothing is hidden from view. Has had remedial work in the last few years but any issues sorted. Everything works other than the aircon. Interior excellent, big bolster seats are the best.
Blueprinted JMG engine built from a bare block fitted late 2021. New clutch, belts etc. Piston squirters, Dual port wastegate, 9XX chipset with adjustable boost (running 1. 3 bar of boost but will happily / reliably run at 1. 6), bigger injectors, Bailey dump valve, J&S knock detection, external boost gauge, decat standard exhaust with a Janspeed back box (not loud but a lovely burble)... etc. Only 3500 road miles since installation. All modifications carried out by JMG. Only run on Shell V-power.
KW V3 suspension (torsion bar re-indexed) fitted 2021 by JMG. CS anti-rollbars.
Big red brake conversion (964/ 993 Turbo) fitted 2021 by JMG.
Cup1 wheels (solid spoke) with sticky Yokohama rubber.
9XX short shift kit (30% shorter throw).
CS steering wheel, front splitter / undertray, clear front indicators / side repeaters. I'd say it's in rude health; JMG confirm it's certainly one of the better cars they see. Fabulous drive as you can imagine and i suppose a modern term might be restomod. Only 2000 miles approx since the last service with JMG in late 2023.
