SALMSON. RALLY. Restoration based on a BOSCHETTI chassis. 1800 Cm3 engine. Refurbished plus gearbox, driveshaft reworked and balanced. Bridge rebuilt at. VERDIER in LE MANS with sealed bearing and new bevel gears in 10/ 40. 4 packs of new blades with their block cylinders made at CHASSIN in PAris. Restored S4 front axle, rebushing, pivot axle, aluminium flange and drums, regarnished jaws, new bearings and springs. 5 sandblasted and trimmed wheels before painting, 5 reinforced chambers and new 12/ 45 tyres. 4 new bronze nuts with their hubcaps. new RALLY radiator, original nickel-plated grille with its enamelled badges. Aluminium bodywork with aluminium floor and tunnel, fuel tank and apron. 2 wind jumps ( Rene THomas ). Black leather interior, butchered dashboard with RALLY 120 diameter speedometer and lap counter. BUGATTI steering wheel, stainless steel exhaust, 4 in 1 manifold rebuilt by JAMBO specialist. Engine fitted with external oil filter. The car needs to be run in and made reliable. Normal registration in my name.
