Fresh in from Canada, this gorgeous 1 owner 1981 Honda CBX Super Sport in Magnum Silver Metallic. It's in phenomenal standard condition, with the highly rare Honda ambient temperature guage and a clock fitted. Mileage is a genuine 19, 987 miles (KPH Speedo. It was last used 2 years ago. We hooked a jumped battery up and used a remote fuel bottle and it fired right up, and sounds amazing. Will sit there ticking over. Luckily the fuel was drain prior to storage so it doesn't need the carbs cleaning. Everything electrical works including clock and temp gauge. This is what is required to get it back on the road. A new battery, front and rear callipers servicing, a quick clean of the inside of the tank with Jenolite or similar, it's showing very light surface rust, and probably replacing or bypassing the vacuum petrol valve. These are prone to failing, we by passed it to start it. You don't need one as long as you turn the fuel off every time you stop riding. That's all it needs. Be quick, they don't turn up in this condition too often!
The motorcycle is not UK register but NOVA is supplied to show duties have been paid and a Canadian Title. Just add to this to register it on a UK age related plate, the DVLA £55. 00 first reg. fee. Full written instructions are provided with the motorcycle.
