Description
This is a rare version of this Land Cruiser era - a HJ61. It has a 4. 0L, inline six, 12H-T turbo diesel engine. 5-speed manual gearbox and a front and rear diff locking option. It also has an original preparation for manual front winch.
An extensive restoration has been done to the car:
- Chassis was sandblasted, primed, and painted with special polyurethane chassis paint.
- Car's body was fully stripped down, epoxy primed and repainted in it's original Silver metallic color.
- Interior seats fully retrimmed, headliner retrimmed, new carpets fitted.
- Fully rebuilt front and rear diffs.
- Rebuilt transmission.
- Engine rebuilt with new piston rings, gaskets and oil seals.
- New fuel injector nozzles
- Dashboard restored.
- Front and rear bumpers re-chromed.

- Rear bumper light
- Wiper blade arms
- New brake lines
- Brake calipers refurbished
- New brake disks and brake pads
- Input shaft oil seals
- Hand brake cable
- Rear stabiliser bushings
- Oil filler plugs in diffs, engine, gearbox.
- Clutch and clutch master cylinder
- OME shocks
- OME springs
- OME main bushings
- OME U-bolts
- Tyres General Graber 285/ 75 R16 on refurbished wheels
- Brake master cylinder.
- All braking parts are new
- All new seals in steering knuckles
- New steering knuckles.
- New front and rear bumper corners original.
- New stickers on body (as was originally).
- New chrome pieces on roof
- New antenna
- New wheels bearings.
A very long list of new parts. Car was off the chassis, everything fitted new. Can be seen in photos.
Car has been inspected and approved by a FIVA approved specialist.
