Very solid Super Beetle 1303. Drives perfectly. Engine is in great order, with minimal oil consumption and zero end float on the crankshaft. Interior is in excellent condition, tinware all solid, with some localised rust spots/ breakouts, but overall presents very well with no serious corrosion issues.
Speedo is not working, as is common on these. Currently showing 67000 miles on the speedo , but a history check before I purchased last year show 93206 in late 2024. My estimate is that the current true mileage is around 96000 which would correlate with the overall condition. I have a replacement speedo head to go with the car as fuel gauge is also erratic. Handbrake cables recently replaced as well as new wheel caps and bits of Interior trim, including part retrim of drivers seat.
The car looks great in the sumatra green paintwork, drives and brakes perfectly, and this version is the most usable of beetles.
I'm selling as I have retired and need to reduce my car collection.
The Car was imported from UK to Ireland in 2004, and it had only one previous UK owner. There were 2 owners in Ireland prior to me.
