Very handsome example of the Buick Standard Six Series 115 - pseudo-convertible with Fisher Speeder (13, 211 units worldwide)
Very good condition of presentation and operation for a car almost 100 years old. Originating from Paris, France, registered from 01/ 01/ 1928, documented.
High-level restoration carried out about ten years ago, current presentation close to new!!! Mechanically well maintained, starts at the drop of a hat in all conditions. Regular lubrication of running gear, plugs and new distributor cap, as well as overhaul of the steering box.
6-cylinder 3392cc Buick 63hp, Solex F34Pbic carburettor (not original), 3 speeds non-synchronised, floor-mounted electric starter, front and rear indicators, wooden wheels, spare wheel with cover.
2 doors + hatch for golf clubs with rear luggage bench (granny-seat type), side windows + windscreen + rear window opening by hand crank.
Step plates with Buick footrest optional, luxurious interior with abundant wood in excellent condition, interior heater (one control pull missing).
Dashboard: ammeter, oil gauge, speed (km/ h), total mileage/ day, fuel, water temperature (some not functional).
Dort dans le garage et roule régulièrement, atteint les 100km/ h facilement même en côtes, freine, embraye/ débraye très bien (embrayage multirisques), pas de corrosion, pas de fuites d'huile hormis des suintements d'eau (bas du radiateur, raccords durites).
