Description
1946 Buick Super Eight Convertible from our private family collection in Belgium.
This elegant post-war American is equipped with the 4. 25-litre Buick Fireball Straight-Eight engine mated to a 3-speed manual gearbox.
The vehicle was restored in the 1990s and then kept for many years. It is now presented in its current state of preservation.
The car is complete and retains its key original components. The red and ivory interior is in good presentable condition, and the chromework is well preserved.
A recent inspection carried out by an independent specialist in vintage American vehicles is available and can be shared with serious buyers.
The vehicle is not currently roadworthy and requires a full recommissioning before use. The main work identified includes, in particular, the 6V electrical system, the brakes, the fuel supply system and an overall mechanical service.
Belgian registration documents available.
Visible by appointment in Belgium, at Court-Saint-Étienne. This Buick Super Eight Convertible has been part of our family heritage for many years.
The vehicle was restored in the 1990s before being stored dry within our collection. Today, as part of a family estate, we have decided to find a new owner who can continue its preservation and recommissioning.
The Belgian registration documents are available. A recent inspection report carried out by a specialist in vintage American vehicles is also available for interested buyers.
Viewings are possible by appointment, and we will be happy to answer questions from enthusiasts or collectors who would like further information about the vehicle.
