This car has undergone a 12 month nut and bolt restoration, so all mechanical bits have been done.
I am a fully qualified engineer, with 50 years of experience.
Everything works as it should.
New water pump which cost £700
Reconditioned radiator
New fuel tank
New tyres
New suspension
New exhaust
New fuel pipes and pump
All electrics redone
It has been under sealed.
New front seat/ bench which cost £1600
New carpets
New battery
New spare wheel and carrier.
The list goes on......
It has been driven frequently since the mechanical restoration was done.
Starts on the button.
Bodywork is not perfect... as it has some old water marks.... may need a flat and polish, and there are some small cracks in the paint.
Also the chrome is original...... it has plenty of patina!
This is a 70 year old car so it is not perfect (mainly body/ paint small issues, but the mechanics are perfect), it is very nice to drive.
Original logbook, and lots of old MOTs and invoices. (Logbook numbers match chassis numbers)
These are getting very rare.
Only selling as I have other projects that I want to use the money from this for.
