A rare late 1967 model 1968 DS Prestige, black on the outside, grey on the inside. As the owner had experienced increasing backache, he had the original seats replaced with those of the following year, but kept the original ones, which are still in good condition! The roof lining is impeccable and the upholstery in very good condition. The dashboard has not suffered any additional non-original holes. The "big" Continental Edison radio with FM is back in its place after a total overhaul, as is the classic period loudspeaker. The sheet metal is in perfect original condition! The paintwork is still very nice, with a beautiful patina on the inside of the doors. The body is also still in perfect condition, with regular maintenance carried out by CitroënDS. net.
Everything works perfectly. The entire engine runs like clockwork and the mechanics with its hydraulic gearbox make it a real pleasure to drive! No leaks anywhere. Stainless steel exhaust system as original, additional electric fan, main wiring harness already replaced. Parts recently replaced: 4 Michelin white side, carburettor, centrifugal governor, steering rack ***, fuel pump, battery, alternator.
