LIBERIA 98 cc 1955 BRAND NEW Sell LIBERIA moped with Sachs 98 cc engine from 1955.
Everything has been rebuilt as new and identical (original or old stocks): - electronic ignition (only exception to the original model but not visible), - engine and gearbox dismantled and overhauled, - professionally painted, - all chrome (handlebars, controls, rims with chambers and tyres, air filter, exhaust system, headlight cap and parabola), - electric wiring harness, all cables including speedo, freewheel, saddle top ... etc ... - .... The list is too long to go into in detail! This is no longer a restoration but a rebuild to the exact same specifications. For sale because I'm getting too old (75) to drive it and I'm only interested in doing a quality restoration. Please note that driving this vehicle is far from easy (suspension at the front, rigid frame at the rear, engine high in the centre of gravity); it's more of a collector's item in factory condition. Collector's vehicle registration document in my possession.
Sold for less than the cost price, i. e. €2, 500 (no negotiation possible). Possibly exchanged for a moped in the same condition.
