n offer is this rare 1968 MG MGC GT finished in Old English White with black leather trim, piped in white. It's good to see a 'C' that's retained it's original steel wheels which it no doubt would have had from new. These are shod with new tyres.
Subject to an older restoration, with some photos and a sheaf of invoices from around 2006, the body and paint present very well and the interior is settling in with just the right amount of patina, the carpet appear to be more recent.
We recommissioned the car after a period of storage prior to selling to the most recent keeper so we know the car well and have carried out a few minor jobs more recently, there are also recent invoices for work on the steering rack and other sundry items - in all, a well maintained car.
It drives very nicely, with the overdrive working well, has great torque and pulls from 10 mph in fourth gear, such is the flexibility of these great 3 litre engines.
In all, a delightful example that you can enjoy straight away and offering excellent value.
