Here is my 1947 Morris 8 Series E 2-door saloon, with V5 in my name. These are highly popular, easy to maintain and drive.
MOT and road tax exempt.
A very sweeting running little Eight that drives extremely well for its age. Not like a modern car in terms of steering and brakes, but it is nearly 80. Starts instantly and runs like a sewing machine. Last owner 22 years.
Claret and Black with original leather interior. Some stitching has come undone of the seats - see pic. Well maintained, recent new battery and carpet.
This Morris 8 will not win concours, but it is in nice condition for the year. It is a driveable, starter classic that will be completely at home on club rallies or local shows.
It come with some paperwork including the original buff log book, various receipts for work and club magazine. Long-term ownership, over 20 years last owner. It has been restored some years ago. One of the better examples of an Eight. So much fun, and so easy to take care of.
