Originally buit by Mansell Motorsport, then Tony Maslen in 1999
builder of Ford woks cars prepared the car for Belgium Tarmac events. 3 class wins on Ypres Historic Rally.
The car is eligible for HRCR Historic Category 1 Historic Championship.
Due to a class change in Belgium the car was Fitted with a Lotus engine built by Nick Adams Historic Racing Services, power went from 106 to 160Bhp & 125ftlb of Torque.
The Gearbox is a quaife SCCR straight cut 4 speed overhauled as was the rear diff & LSD plated type witha 4. 9 CWP.
Suspension is Grp4 Bilstein 40mm Front & Rear Grp 4 shocks
New alloy Fuel tank fitted with twin Facet fuel pumps.
Interior Fitted with 2 in Date FIA Seats. 6 pont harnesses in date. Aircraft wiring harness with push pull fused switches between the seats. Gell Racing battery, Electric Cut out & Fire System switches inside & out. 4ltr & 2. 4 hand held in date. plus Firestick.
Wheels & tyres all genuine Gold Minilites Grp4 with New 185x60x13 Yokohama 021R .
Engine bay Historic Lotus all Steel Rally engine 12k, Tony Law manifold wrapped Heavy duty engine & Gearbox mountings.
Steering New rebuilt box geometry set up by Alan Mann Racing services. Large Rad Thermostatic Fan.
Heated Winscreen , Helmet Net, Intercom.
