Radio: Not all FM frequencies can be picked up, though it does get Radio 2.
Media: I would simply get the correct cable to link a phone via the Audi Music Interface Port and leave it standard. Upgrading the satnav and radio to UK/ iOS/ Android compatibility is an option for a new owner.
