FIAT 500 110F 1966
White / Red interior
Period blue book
High-quality total restoration
Commonly nicknamed the "*** de yahourt", the Fiat 500 remains one of the iconic models of the 1960s.
Produced in large numbers, it is not uncommon to come across one on our roads.
With its distinctive look and micro-car dimensions, its charm is irresistible.
However the market, although well stocked, offers examples often prone to rust. A major defect on these models even when they left the factory.
That is where restoration comes into play. But as is often the case there is restoration and restoration!
Here we have a specimen of rare quality of finish. A project carried out according to the art.
Body stripped on a turntable, blasted; chromes and cosmetic elements renovated, wiring loom completely redone, engine removed/ reinstalled with the aim of keeping as many original parts as possible, upholstery new. Nothing has been left to chance.
That is precisely what differentiates it from other examples.
Its exterior colour combination white / striking red interior is reportedly in line with the original.
It comes with its original blue book, which is quite rare to note.
It is maintained as it should be for routine services in a specialist workshop.
Nothing to plan for, it is ready to drive.
You will no doubt be seduced by the presentation quality of this car.
