Description
Extremely rare 1950 FIAT 500C van, astonishingly well preserved. *** the inscriptions of the Fratelli Sciacca company still visible at Corso Italia No. 27 in Giarre (CT) ***. The company sold fabrics and packaging, so it has always looked after the vehicle and never overloaded or damaged it with metal loads or for building works; indeed the interior Masonite lining is still in excellent condition. A Sicilian doctor in 2017 purchased the deregistered vehicle and carried out the following works: complete engine overhaul, new interior upholstery and vinyl roof lining, sandblasting and painting of the five wheel rims, new battery; at the end of 2025 he sold it due to a project change. Given the affordable cost and the particular preservation of the vehicle, we only recommend removing the oxidised parts and painting the entire body with a matte clear coat, thus achieving a pleasant “VINTAGE” effect, the signs of time, which are very fashionable today, to place in specific environments to give a touch of personality, as well as for photo and/ or advertising shoots. On request we have a video of the drivable vehicle. Net price on display valid without trade-in. Possibility of direct home delivery with our vehicle. The displayed data may contain errors or inaccuracies and do not bind RPM srl contractually; we invite you to verify the vehicles personally by appointment.
