Description
On offer is this pretty MGA Roadster 1500, dating from 1958. The car appears to have been issued a new style V5 in 1990 and the original buff log book and continuation book are in the history file. It has been a local car from new.
Extensively restored in the early 90's, photos on file, the bodywork is now sound but the paint is a lttle 'challenged' with various marks and touch ins but perfectly acceptable as a run around classic. The hood is a vinyl cover, the car is complete with side screens, tonneau cover and hood tidy, the chromework is fair but with a few spots here and there. The tyres are all good, as are the rims.
It starts easily and all of the gauges and switches appear to work, it drives quite nicely.
The interior is quite smart with good quality seat covers fitted, all in good shape, and the dashboard is very tidy too.
Overall, a great no nonsense example that could be improved with a quality repaint but enjoyed this Spring/ Summer.
For sale on behalf of our customer but if it helps, we may take a part exchange on this vehicle, especially another classic, we are awaiting the V5C and history file (if any).
