L’Atelier des 1000 is pleased to present today for sale this superb Mercedes SLK 200 Kompressor R171, in an elegant configuration with Obsidian Black exterior paired with the black nappa leather interior.
Inspired by the SLR McLaren, the second-generation SLK’s line breathes muscle!
Less radical than the AMG versions but just as iconic, the SLK 200 Kompressor R171 stands out with its ingenious foldable hardtop “Vario Roof,” which greatly contributed to the model’s success at launch. This technology lets you transform the coupe into a cabriolet in a few seconds, offering two cars in one.
Our specimen is of French origin and was registered on 19/ 07/ 2007. Its current owner bought it in 2015, after taking care of it over these last 11 years; he now wishes to part with it and has entrusted it to us for sale.

The chassis is precise and the suspension fulfills its role perfectly, offering an excellent balance between comfort and sportiness.
Braking is efficient and balanced, while the 16" alloy wheels look very good and are shod with tyres in good used condition.
The paintwork is well preserved and offers a nice shine.
The roof opening system is perfectly functional, with no noises or suspected leaks.
The cabin is perfectly in line with the vehicle’s look, the seats are well preserved, as is the 3-spoke steering wheel and all interior elements.
All of the on-board instruments work, and the battery is new.
The original radio has been replaced by a higher-end model, adding a rear-view camera and allowing CD and DVD playback, as well as the use of a USB drive and an SD card for listening to music.
Chrome inserts have been added by its owner at the mirror housings, door handles, grille and bonnet. These can be removed to revert the vehicle to its original configuration.
Given the condition and configuration of this car, we are asking €14, 490.
